Website Data Notice
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This notice covers wristrecall.app. The separate app privacy declaration describes the WristRecall app.
What the website collects
The waitlist collects your email address and confirmation status. It may also retain a bounded campaign label and the two-letter country code supplied by Cloudflare. Support collects the name, email address, question, and times you submit and confirm the request.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic such as page views, referrers, approximate country, and performance. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to protect forms from automated abuse. Form rate limiting uses keyed identifiers derived from an IP address and email address; raw IP addresses and plain address hashes are not stored by the forms backend.
How the data is used
Waitlist data is used only for WristRecall waitlist and product updates. Support data is used only to answer the confirmed question. A support request never subscribes you to updates. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Each form request requires a single-use email confirmation. Confirmed owner notifications are delivered to ObjectivePixel. Cloudflare Workers, D1, Turnstile, Email Routing, and Web Analytics process website data on our behalf.
Retention and choices
Unconfirmed support requests are removed after 30 days. Confirmed support requests are normally removed after 24 months. Verification challenges and sent delivery records are removed on shorter operational schedules. An active subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; we retain the minimum suppression record needed to avoid unwanted mail.
Cloudflare may process data internationally. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal data. Submit a request through the support form. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for support.
